Professional Delivery and Collection
Transportation to and from the venue within the agreed service area, with delivery scheduling coordinated with the venue.
Professional Installation and Testing
Floor assembly, alignment, connection, and testing of available LED lighting effects before guest access.
3D Visual Effects
A striking illuminated centerpiece with available colors, patterns, and infinity-style visual effects, depending on the selected equipment.
Post-Event Breakdown and Removal
Professional dismantling, equipment collection, and removal after the agreed rental period.
Extend the celebration.
Additional rental time is available with any floor package, subject to scheduling.
Additional rental time must be approved in advance and documented in your booking agreement. Extension availability depends on the event schedule and collection arrangements.

Booking and Service Details
Please review these details before requesting your final quote.
Reservation & payment
Reservation: A signed rental agreement and 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure your event date, subject to the contract terms.
Final payment: Remaining balance due no later than five calendar days before the event.
Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated separately on the confirmed quote.
Service area & additional charges
Service area: Atlanta and surrounding Georgia locations. Delivery outside the standard service area may incur additional transportation charges.
Special requirements: Stairs, restricted loading access, long equipment carries, unusual setup hours, and other logistical challenges may require an additional fee disclosed before booking.
Venue approval
The installation location must have a suitable, stable, level surface, safe access, and appropriate power.
Setup scheduling
Installation and removal times are coordinated with the venue and event planner.
